COVID-19 and our commitment to you

Dear Customer,

I hope this message finds you and your family well. Here at Campus Red Caps, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority.

While COVID-19 has caused a significant disruption to our college care package business, we remain committed to our customers and to delivering care across the country. I’d like to let you know what initiatives we’re taking at Campus Red Caps during this unprecedented time:

  1. A clean and healthy work environment has always been a top priority for us.  We've ramped up our cleaning efforts so that we can ensure the most meticulous sanitation standards are in place at all of our fulfillment centers.

  2. We understand that many colleges and universities are taking precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by closing campus or temporarily transitioning to remote instruction.  As a result, many students have been sent home for the rest of the semester.  Given that many of your loved ones have been impacted by these interruptions, we're trying to be as flexible as possible with existing and new orders. For existing subscribers, we will reroute future orders to a different address (i.e. a home address) or reimburse you for any unshipped boxes.  

  3. We have introduced a few new products (snacks and wellness items) perfect for sending to loved ones in quarantine.

While there have been some changes to our business model, our commitment to you remains unchanged. We remain committed to sending care to loved ones across the United States.
